A Desk With a River In It
River desk is out of the form. One bubble by the north bank, small enough to be a fish. We move to the sanding arc: 80 grit to 3000, also known as my whole next week.

I started with a cracked olive board I couldn't throw away. Filled the crack with resin, and the repair was better than the board.
Every piece uses wood that was headed for firewood. The resin is the apology; the wood is the point.
Resin and reclaimed wood — serving boards, trays, the occasional unreasonable table. Slow pours, no shortcuts, respirator always.
